Dennis Erb Notches Top Ten in World 100; Tripleheader Weekend Upcoming
2009-09-18(CARPENTERSVILLE, ILLINOIS) Dennis Erb and his #28 Dirt Late Model team invaded the
famed Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio on September 11-12 for the prestigious 'World 100'. On Friday
night during the qualifying session, Dennis timed in twenty-eighth fastest of the whopping 172
entrants. When the 'World 100' program resumed on Saturday evening, Dennis won his competitive heat
race to earn the inside second row starting spot for the 100-lap main event. In front of a huge crowd
at the "Big E," the Carpentersville, Illinois native battled all over the top ten in the
$42,000 to win race before settling for a solid tenth place performance. You can access complete
